Jen Kelchner has spent the last decade studying, observing, and testing methodologies to rapid change and growth for individuals. Upon discovering Open models for the workplace, she found a “coming home” in the mindsets and frameworks to aid in creating high-functioning work places. Over the course of her career, Jen has developed top performers and benchmark teams with quick turnaround.
As a SME in leadership and people development, she solves workplace dysfunction and aids in organizational transformation by leveraging generational literacy and open models.
Jen is a Deloitte alum, a founding member of the Forbes Coaches Council, is a Forbes contributor on leadership and the workplace, and writes a monthly column on Open Organization challenges for Red Hat’s blog “Open Source”. She also serves on the Open Organization Ambassador team of global thought leaders who promote Open mindsets and models.
With over 20 years in the workplace, in leadership roles for over 15 years, and in management consulting and coaching for the last decade, Jen brings depth to her advising role. Her book, Generation Open: Viewing the multi-generational workforce through a new lens, releases in July 2017.
